Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

The product must be returned:

• in its original condition,
• complete,
• in suitable packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made on specific order or personalized.
