You have at least 14 days, more if the artist's conditions provide for it, from receipt of the artwork to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Artworks made to order or personalised may be excluded from this right.
How to withdraw
You can withdraw online using the button above, or by email to: [email protected]. Have your order number ready: it starts with KH- and appears in your order confirmation email. Online, you immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. For an order placed on an artist's site: go to the “Returns & withdrawal” page of their site.
Returning the artwork
You have 14 days after your declaration to send the artwork back, in its original condition, complete and in packaging that protects it. The return address and the conditions for your order are set out in the acknowledgement of receipt; if the address is not there, reply to the acknowledgement to obtain it.
Refund
You are refunded all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your declaration, using the same payment method; the refund may be deferred until the artwork is received or proof of its shipment is provided.
