A beam of angular forms crosses the surface diagonally, like a graphic sign propelled at full speed into the heart of a vast blue field. John Beckley builds this movement with layered, crisp bands, sometimes outlined in black, where pinks, reds, oranges, and yellows follow one another. Around this structure, the blue unfolds in light and deep areas, punctuated by white flashes that recall luminous projections. The small colored specks, scattered across the whole, give it a very vivid energy, while the large white curve that runs alongside the composition reinforces this sense of continuous momentum.
