I have never approached painting as something decorative. Very early on, I saw it as a way to bring out what could not be expressed in words.
I first found in abstraction a space of total freedom. A raw, instinctive terrain where matter, gesture, and energy took precedence. It was there that my language took shape: in movement, in accident, in that tension between control and letting go.
Over time, this need for intensity led me toward more figurative forms. Faces, gazes, presences gradually asserted themselves. Street art, pop art, and the urban imaginary then opened up a new field of expression, more frontal, more direct, but still nourished by abstraction.
Today, my work is situated in that precise place: between raw energy and visual construction, between spontaneity and impact. I paint to create tension, presence, immediate emotion. Something that captures the eye and leaves a trace.
Each work extends this search. It is born from a dialogue between instinct, matter, and image, with the desire to bring forth a painting that is alive, free, and deeply embodied.
