The composition is organized into four aligned panels, crossed by a long dark band animated by dynamic violets. John Beckley sets this dense, undulating central area against broad light surfaces where grays and whites blend into soft gradients. A vertical panel in the middle breaks the strict symmetry and gives the whole a slight offset that feels very alive. Fine black and silver lines glide from one panel to the next, like a continuous trace linking each part. The small violet squares placed here and there then function as anchor points in this horizontal movement.
