The large white diagonal bands structure the surface like a beam of trajectories crossing a very dense field of color. Beneath them, John Beckley layers transparent rectangles where blues, greens, yellows, reds and pinks intersect and overlap, creating deeper zones and others that are very luminous. At the center, the continuous white line, both fluid and nervous, forms a dynamic loop that contrasts with the geometric rigor of the background. A few fine splashes extend this gesture, bringing a touch of lightness. The whole gives the impression of a space in motion, poised between order and free energy.
