At the center, a broad pink ribbon traces several crisp loops that seem to unfold in the white space. Around this continuous movement, John Beckley overlays transparent blue arcs, a long diagonal stroke, and finer colored bands that create graphic depth. Small hexagonal motifs, white splashes, and delicate hatch marks add a very lively grain to the whole, between precision and spontaneity. One follows the curves along a luminous path, carried by the contrast between the dense ribbon and the lighter areas that let air and color circulate.
